30% on signing the preliminary contract
30% 2 months after signing the preliminary contract
30% on elevation ridge
10% on signing the notary deed 
In order to reserve an apartment a 1 000 Euro deposit shall be paid.
The complex is planned to be completed by the end of 2009.
